Clinic and healthcare websites that book appointments, not just look good.
A clinic website has two jobs: get the right patient to book, and keep the wrong ones from clogging the phones. Most NZ healthcare sites do neither. We build patient-first sites that capture bookings, route intake automatically, and respect the Health Information Privacy Code from the first form field.
Talk to an ExpertWhy It Matters
Reception staff are the bottleneck in most NZ clinics — and the website is the cheapest way to take work off them. A booking form that just emails the practice is not a booking system; it is more admin. We build sites where the patient self-serves the easy stuff and your team only sees what actually needs a human.
Who this is for in healthcare
GP, dental, physio, and allied health clinics serving NZ patients
Specialist practices wanting referral-aware intake on the website
Multi-site practices needing a unified patient experience
Clinics with reception staff drowning in bookings and admin
What Changes
Website Design for healthcare — what it does for you
Booking that actually books — not just emails
Integrated with your practice management system so a website booking lands in the clinical diary, not in someone's inbox waiting to be re-entered.
Privacy-first by design, not bolted on
Every form, every data path designed around the Health Information Privacy Code from day one. No surprises in a privacy audit later.
AI patient assistant where it helps
Optional AI assistant handles after-hours triage, common questions, and booking — escalating cleanly to a human when a patient needs more than information.
SEO that picks up local-intent searches
'physio near me', 'dentist [suburb]', 'after-hours GP [city]' — we build the structured content and local SEO that wins those searches against the big chains.

Why Us
We have built healthcare-adjacent platforms (legal services intake, AI assistants for clinics) where the same patterns apply: take the easy work off the front desk, route the hard work to the right human, and design every form around the data privacy code that applies. It is the same playbook for a GP website.
Where to look next
Website Design for healthcare — common questions
Do you integrate with our practice management system?
Yes — Medtech, Indici, Cliniko, Power Diary, Halaxy and most major NZ PMS platforms. We work with their APIs or HL7/FHIR where available so bookings land in your clinical diary, not an inbox.
How do you handle Health Information Privacy Code compliance?
HIPC obligations are designed in from day one — explicit consent on every data field, audit logging on access, encryption in transit and at rest. Privacy is part of the design, not a checklist at the end.
Can patients book outside business hours?
Yes — and that is usually the biggest single benefit. About 60% of website bookings on the sites we build happen outside business hours. Reception comes in to a diary that already has tomorrow's day arranged.
What about telehealth?
We integrate telehealth with compliant video providers (Zoom for Healthcare, Whereby Health) and wire it into the booking and notes flow so it is one experience for the patient, not three tools.
