Can we cancel the retainer?
Yes. Terms are agreed in writing, and because we document everything, you can move support elsewhere or in-house.
Do you support systems you did not build?
Often yes. We review them first and tell you honestly what condition they are in and what it would take to support them well.
How quickly do you respond to failures?
Response expectations are agreed in the arrangement and tied to how critical each automation is to your business.
Who owns what we build?
You do. Source code, configuration, data and documentation are yours, agreed in writing before work starts. We avoid proprietary lock-in and document what we build so another team could take it over.
Common questions
How is this different from just hiring someone?
You get a full team — automation specialist, developer, AI engineer — for less than the cost of one part-time hire. No onboarding, no employment overhead, no sick days.
What if I do not have enough work each month?
Most businesses are surprised how quickly the backlog grows once automation is on the table. But if a month is lighter, we use the time for optimisation and monitoring.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month initial term so we have enough time to make a meaningful difference. After that, it is rolling monthly.
What if we have already done some automation?
