Do we have to replace our POS or e-commerce platform?

Almost never. The fix is usually integration, not replacement. We assess the stack first and only recommend a swap when the platform genuinely cannot do what you need.

What if our 3PL or warehouse system is custom?

We integrate to whatever has an API — or build one if it does not. Custom 3PL and warehouse systems are a normal part of NZ retail; we are used to them.

How long does a unified commerce integration take?

First clean flow (typically Shopify + POS + Xero) is 6-10 weeks. Marketing, loyalty, and 3PL follow as phases — so you get value early and we expand as it stabilises.

Will the integration survive Shopify or POS updates?

Yes — we use the platforms' supported APIs and webhooks, with monitoring on every flow. When something breaks (and platforms do change), we know before you do.
