The Challenge
A New Zealand real estate agency with no structured online presence — relying entirely on word-of-mouth and portal listings. No owned channel for capturing or nurturing buyer enquiries, and no visibility into how many potential buyers were reaching out and not being followed up.
The problem we were asked to solve
Low online visibility and poor lead capture — potential buyers were finding competitors first, and the existing presence (portal listings only) had no structured way to surface properties to search engines or capture buyer details. Enquiries that did arrive went to a shared inbox with no follow-up structure and no pipeline visibility.

Scoped a lead capture and automated follow-up system integrated with the agency's CRM — so every enquiry enters the pipeline with context (which listing, what question, what device) rather than landing as a plain email in a shared inbox.
Designed mobile-first throughout — the majority of property searches happen on mobile, often from the street outside a listing, and the UX was built for that moment.
